Refund or Cancellation Policy
5-Star LifeQuests, Inc. believes in assisting customers as much as possible, and has therefore developed a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

If you are not fully satisfied with a product available on this website, we offer a 100% full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.  You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as the order receipt you received, the return of the complete product in resaleable condition unless damaged during packaging or transport, and the reason for dissatisfaction in order to process the refund.  Baring any uncontrollable or unexpected circumstances, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the required proof of purchase and the returned merchandise.

If you are dissatisfied with or must cancel a contracted SPEAKER EVENT, 5-Star LifeQuests, Inc. will be guided by the terms and conditions of the signed contract agreement regarding refunds and/or cancellations.

Shipping policy

All products created, produced, manufactured and distributed by 5-Star LifeQuests, Inc. are the sole property of 5-Star LifeQuests, Inc.   In stock shipments will be made within 3-5 business days.  Custom-ordered photographic materials will require additional processing times of up to 10 days.  All orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer via standard UPS or U.S. Postal Services carriers from one of our two distribution centers located in Ferndale, WA. and Chicago, IL.  5-Star LifeQuests, Inc. is not responsible in any way for shipments of orders made through our Affiliates. Obvious damage to any item from transport or packaging must be reported to 5-Star LifeQuests, Inc. at info@5StarLifeQuests.com within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
